I have been missing the Collector's Gallery in OGR for a number of runs, and also noticed in the last few issues that Ed Boyle was not listed amongst the Associate Editors. I always enjoyed Ed's articles and the concundrum that we face as collectors versus operators.

Several issues ago, OGR mentioned that Ed has retired from the magazine. I've always enjoyed his work.
Thanks RadioRon, I missed that note. I did a search on the Forum and did not find anything, hopefully, this post will notify others of Ed's retirement.
I never met Ed but I was at a few events were he was a speaker. He seemed like a really nice guy. I wish him a long, happy, and healthy retirement.
We in fact announced Ed's retirement both here and in the magazine. While he is now officially retired, he is still a member of the OGR Board in a advisory capacity and is always welcome to contribute to the forum as well as the magazine.
