I saw this Ross Double Crossover on the company Website and thought it would be great for my upcoming layout. However when I checked the price I had to take a step back at $449.95. I found a couple of used ones on eBay that were selling from $300 to $350 which is still a little steep for my budget.

I was wondering what it would take to reproduce this crossover using switches. I will be using Gargraves track and Ross Switches for my layout.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Yes I saw that. If I had the money I would buy new over the ones I've seen on eBay as they did not have the switch machines and were selling between $300 and $350 dollars.

I priced out the other posters advise on four 11 degree switches and that comes in at $320 for new. Could not find any used online anywhere. I've got a few items in my collection I'm planning on selling so I may wait to see what I get for them and see where I stand. That crossover sure looks good though!
