I am just now returning to the hobby after having to liquidate all of my trains for financial and family reasons. I still really like MTH and hope to start over, I am wondering, now that MTH is selling their F7s individually such as with the NS business train, I take it that each F unit has its own ps3 board and can run by itself ? The dap set had an ABBA that was all tethered. Has the tether now gone away ? Or will there be a female as well as male connectors on each engine ?
