Pittsburgh is my second choice to win the SB. As a Giant fan, Im just casually pulling for Eli's lesser known big brother to finally get some attention.

They could be my first pick, except I know that win or lose, they will get more MTH stuff while I suffer whinily, in hopes of NY liveried stuff.

Before I read any more today, I am removing my Lionel negativity. It was uncalled for

good luck today! Baltimore must lose.

Grrrrrrrrrrrr. The green eyed monster has been reawakened. I know it has been explained to me that PA dealers order enough Steeler stuff that MTH will build it. I can't believe that there aren't enough Giant fan/Modelrailroaders, but I guess not.....

Actually, that's the last thing i want. It would signal that MTH will never get another good licencing deal. I am hoping for a RailKing or Imperial NY Giants Loco. If Lionel does an entry level Loco, one, it will need an upgrade, for me to run it on DCS and 2, I doubt it will have the pulling power. That said. Whoever builds it, I'm buying.

At York for the last few years I asked MTH about NFL/MLB team cars and the MTH guys told me the licensing fees for MLB and NFL make it unprofitable for MTH to make cars, so I wouldn't wait on MTH.

I just hope your Steeler boxcars have more physicality than the offensive line had last night--they just got out-muscled which is not characteristic of the Steeler reputation for football.  But I guess there's next year...Unfortunately, I have to suffer through the ribbing I'll be getting from my brother-in-law in Baltimore.  He's really a nice guy, though, because he took us to the B& O museum and roundhouse a few years ago.  But I am sure he'll never do that again because one of the docents there was wearing a Steelers cap.  He said: "how in the world did that guy get a job here????"

Haha, Steeler nation is everywhere.....

Talk about "Steeler Nation."  In the summer of 2013, I went on vacation to Italy.  While in Rome, we found the only sports bar in the town and, I believe, only one of two in the entire nation (Birra Moretti).  Guess what?  It was a Steeler/Penguins/Pirates sports bar.  The owner, an Italian, is a Steeler's fan and set up his sports bar there.  He said that he can watch the Steelers on Italian TV and had been to the U.S. twice in the prior season to see them play.  The bar also had local western PA college pennants all over the place.  I told my brother-in-law that he wouldn't find a Ravens sports bar there at least.

Both the teams I root for are not in the playoffs so I was rooting for the Steelers because I hate Baltimore.

Seattle looks like they are going to repeat. Their offense is playing well and for the last 5 or 6 games their defense has been very dominant. I don't think any AFC team can beat them. Good luck to you guys who your teams are still alive.

I won't wait, but they still seem to do Steelers stuff, even in HO. So yep, I assume they mean licensing outside of the Mecca of the Model RR world, that seems to be in Western PA.
