The Bowser/Cal Scale brass antenna supports won't match the ones that MTH uses.  The ones from Cal Scale are scale-sized and quite fragile.  MTH chose to use oversized supports and thicker than scale antenna wire so they would stand up better to handling the train.

Your choices appear to be either to get replacements from MTH or to remove all of the MTH antennas and replace with a full set of Cal Scale antennas.  I'm guessing that removing the MTH antennas will leave some holes in the roof that will need to be filled with body putty.  Fortunately, forum member John Sethian has come up with a paint match to what MTH uses on Pennsy diesels.  The mix is 12 parts Polly Scale Brunswick Green, 12 parts Polly Scale Clear Gloss and one part Polly Scale Steam Power Black.

I have already removed all the MTH attenna supports and wire. I prefer to use Cal Scale replacements.  Who sells these parts?

You should be able to purchase them direct from Bowser.
