If this link stays working from WSAZ it will have trains running on the Ashland,Ky side from CSX's Russell,Ky yard north and south towards Huntington,WV on the C&O business district and trains going down the Big Sandy sub.
The old brick building behind the tan Federal Court house is an old C&O r.r. freight depot from the 1920's that was converted by the city of Ashland into a transportation hub.Amtrak,Greyhound and the Ashland city bus lines use this depot.
Then looking across the river you should be able to see NS running east and west bounds from Portsmouth towards Bluefield,WV and locals out of Kenova,WV.
Your seeing Coal Grove,Ohio across the Ohio River.To the left of the green bridge use to stand a Scioto Valley r.r. depot that was dismantled in the early 1990's and taken away to be possibly reconstructed on a farm somewhere,not sure where ?
