First wash pieces with soay water to remove any mold release residue that could be left on the parts. Then lightly spraying with most brands of a matte finish spray paint will yield good results. If the color you want is only available in a gloss finish you can use that too followed with a spray of cleasr dullcoat to get rid of the shine. Regardless of whichever paint you choose, be asware that the temperature of the paint is critical as colder paint will result in larger spray droplets which could hide fine details while a warmer temp of paint will generally yield finer droplets of paint. Be aware also that too high a temperature in your spray painting environment will cause paint droplets to dry before properly adhering to the plastic. If you prefer brushing on the paint then an acrylic will generally allow you to paint without leaving brush marks more easily than enamel or lacquer will.
