I'll add another. A PRR B8a, a 0-6-0T, that ran until the 50s. Might not sell well since many forum members have stated a small engine should have a small price, and a nicely detailed B8a would not have a small price.
So let's go big. A true 3rd Rail PRR S2, not the Williams one they first sold, with full electronics and with the elephant ears it had later in life.
Ron,
Love that S2. Too bad that there was only one made. I have the Lionel version and it is pretty nice. I would be hard pressed for another.
Now that PRR 2-10-2 N2 or the B8a, BINGO!!!!

The USRA Heavy 2-10-2 was bought by five railroads, with PRR getting the majority. Starting in 1923 they were rebuilt with Belpaire fireboxes and PRR boiler fronts, plus some other details, plus some/many got Lines West tenders. They kept the USRA cab.
So: could 3rd Rail offer both the USRA design and the revised PRR version and would it sell? I suspect not, since they didn't show up in the East, the I-1 getting honors.
As long as we are wishing for what will never be, let's add the Reading K-class 2-10-2.
Hi all,
Anybody out there want a Virginian FM Train Master to go with the Virginian Hoppers instead of or in addition to the E-60?
Curiously,
Ed

I would be interested in an FM.
New York Central K-class Pacific. There are numerous versions of NYC Hudsons, Niagaras and switchers. Why not this one?

I'd like to see a Mogul type. Small locomotives have the advantage of being able to run on small layouts. Seems to me that Moguls were pretty similar from one railroad to another. Therefore, it might be possible to offer several railroads with only minor differences in details. That could help the price/volume trade-off.

Lots of 3rd Rail fans here. So I imagine also Sunset Golden Gate fans too. Check out new thread
“GGD Missouri Pacific EAGLE”
thread in the “O Gauge, O 27, Traditional“ section. We try to get support to get “Eagle” Passenger Trains into production. This would be Colorado Eagle and Texas Eagle with its MP and T&P components, extra cars, domes for the Colorado, Jenk blue extras, other road thru sleepers, N de M connection, And a push for (At least MP?) E6 run2. If you’d like to join our effort, come visit the thread, read about our ideas, add your comments, and ...... let Scott know you would be a buyer too. Big step is getting Scott to think it could be commercially viable - for him to post up announcement with reservations link. It’s early but it won’t happen if those that are interested aren’t Vocal !!!!
Cheers !!!

I'm in for a set
I'd like to see an earlier PRR pacific, specifically a K2. The PRR had about 225 of these and also about 30 K3 that were pretty much the same externally. And N&W bought 5 or 6 of them for their passenger service. I think it would be fun to have a PRR pacific other than a K4, which I had 2 of before Sunset did them the last time.
A New York Central K-class Pacific and a Boston & Albany version.

All us guys wishing for the likely-impossible. You want a loco? Gather 100 of your best friends and promise 3rd Rail to buy same when produced. The good news is that the length of time until your heart's desire arrives will allow sufficient time for negotiation of the sale of your first-born.
This works, as I gaze lovingly at my B&O Q-4b, T-3, P-7d plus Cincinnatian coaches.

If it the H24-66 was offered in CNJ, I'd add one but substitute it for the E60? Nope. I grew up with that locomotive for better or worse. I'm ordering 3 when I finally get on the order page and sort out my mess of 3rd Rail / GGD orders.
I've advocated for a PRR K2 for a while too. Just a unique take on the Pennsy Pacific.
Any of the following: N2,B6 slopeback tender, and this K2 is interesting.
I am not holding my breath, though.

I think it time to queue up a E5,6 Run#2. Offer up all the originals but add repaint later versions too. I’d be in for a MP in Jenks Blue. And an original MP would go wonderfully with an “Eagle” Consist.
(Perhaps this can be appended to the EA E1 offering to help reach aspired run numbers 😬)
