I was having an issue when one or two of the three trains would unexpectedly stop, and sometimes restart.
To date, I have traced this to an intermittent short on one of the three controlled loops: the short was located near my Brakeman Car actuator, which I then removed. Keeping my fingers crossed.
At first I thought about downloading the ota software again, but saw I already have the same version (1.3) installed. Lionel customer service had no information about a later version.
I also tried turning off Bluetooth on my cellphone in case there was interference from that. Finally, I cleared the remote and paired each engine again.
Seems like a short on any one track associated with any paired engine affects
the overall operation of all three.
