I am designing my next layout to be housed in a 16 ft by 30 ft loft area above my garage.   I keep looking at this design wondering if I can actually run two trains without them ever appearing on the same track and without them ever causing a corn-field meet... so to speak.  For you musing pleasure...mceclip1

Two questions and a comment:

1.  Looks like you used track-planning software.  Would you be willing to post a copy of the file and identify the software?

2. Will you have enough space to walk around all the outside edges of your plan?  If not, how do you plan to reach the distant locations.

As far as I can see, you only have a reversing loop for one direction.  You might want to make sure you have two reversers, one for clock-wise and one for counter-clock-wise.  Otherwise, your plan doesn't look too complicated to run two trains at one time without collisions.
