While we're on the subject of CN, here's an MPC 027 plugdoor boxcar in EJ&E (a.k.a. "The J") "Chicago Outer Belt" livery:

What, do you ask, has CN got to with EJ&E? Well, after a little over 120 years of independent operation, CN acquired most of its 164 miles of track on February 1, 2009, leaving a small portion in Indiana to be reorganized as the Gary Railway. While the CN repainted acquired locomotives in their colors, they continued to display the EJ&E roadname for another four years. Then, in 2012, CN announced the merger of EJ&E with another CN subsidiary, the Wisconsin Central. The merger was officially consummated on January 1, 2013, and the EJ&E ceased to exist exactly 124 years after it was founded on January 1, 1889.
This boxcar, acquired NIB from Forum sponsor Trainz, has a rather interesting "quirk" in that one end placard has "9700 SERIES" molded into it while this is actually a 9400 series car:

Several sellers on the auction site (charging exorbitant prices) claim this situation is rare and indicates that cars bearing this type of "endprinting" discrepancy are among the few earliest produced by Lionel in a new series before they had changed the molds over completely from the previous series production. Any additional insight from you more knowledgeable folks would be appreciated.
