 I started looking at the layout listed yesterday.  Can you provide some basic dimensions and any idea of how small of parts it may break into?

Good Morning!

I assume you are talking about Lot 160?  The description has a bunch of detail on the parts of the layout and dimensions.  let me know other detail that would be helpful.  

The second layout needs pictures yet but is a nice 4' by 8' foot small layout with a lot of track action packed in the space.

I was looking at lot 160 on my phone last night, and I didn't see the whole description.  I must have needed to scroll down and not realize it.  But what is an estimate total length as assembled?
