I have been running legacy multi-unit 2 diesel consists for a while...always running "elephant style".  For a change I tried a 3 diesel consist with the 3rd diesel reversed...cab at rear...as the real railroads usually do.  I now have the front and rear diesel horns blasting together instead of just the front unit...also both cab chatters...which is sorta cool in an echo type way.  If the diesels are that different then the different horns clash in a bad way.  Is there something I am missing in setting this up?  I have not tried three diesels all running "elephant style" and wondered if the problem was with running 3 diesels...or just the fact that the rear one is reversed.  Thanks for any replies...
