Paid a visit to Dave at Mercer Junction today to pick up my newly upgraded MTH Premier Northern Steam Engine from many years back. This was originally a Protosounds loco, it is such a nice loco that I thought it needed to be upgraded. I am glad that I had it done, well worth the investment. Dave did a fine job on the upgrade runs like a champ and smokes like crazy!! I have two more older Premier steam loco's heading to his shop for a PS-2 upgrade very shortly.
