I have wired up my rocker switch so that the train goes in the direction that I want it to.  Problem I have is that my switch lights up with the power supply only in the reverse position.  Works fine in forward position, just no light.  How can I wire it up to make certain I have it lighted in the forward position?  Thank you for your time and assistance.20240620_211702 [1)

Its an SPST switch.  I did move the wires around and got the light on the LED to be on when in the forward position.  It appears that If I wanted the light to illuminate in both the forward and reverse position, I would have to get an SPDT switch.  Would prefer not to change to a different switch, so I'll be happy with the current rocker switches that I have.

That is correct. A SPST switch will only light up when ON.
