Hi Lee,

Your modeling is beautiful!  I read both your SuperStreets books, and your creations are very inspiring.  I am attempting building a couple of custom vehicles based on your book.  Understand contacts need made with outside rail and center rail for electric pickup.  Four (plus) wheels also leads to stability.

I am wondering if you have tried building a motorized Motorcycle & Sidecar?
Or maybe several Bikes running together like in a Motorcade (attached to each other with clear plastic so they stay parallel & upright) (or a motorcycle gang to roam the streets)

If a sidecar configuration just wouldn't be able to track the roadway, Would a trike (two wheels in front) like some of the new Can-Am or similar bikes be able to follow the slots in the 'streets?

Esteemed Forum Members & Sponsors,

Here is my first attempt at building up some interesting Vignettes...not even close to being finished yet, as more buildings and people still need made.  So far this small scene includes only part of a gas station and previously enjoyed automobiles sales lot.  Some workers are detailing the cars to ensure they look their best.  It looks like there are some people who seem to already show new interested in these great cars!

Wish the weather was good enough for Convertibles this week!

Sorry I did not see this sooner.  i three-wheeler would be an interesting project ut I have not tried to make one.  It would be very challenging because of the three wheels (one or the other rails would have just one contact for electrical pickup) and size - have to a tiny motor, etc.  I'm not sure if it could b e done or not but I am sure I'm not going to try.

Paint him grey, Peter & the wolf.

I would have never guessed you have eaten a fox before.    I have a better idea. The mule is rabid and the hunter is protecting the timid fox.

Toasted ants, to octopus, even Natto. I don't judge taste with my other senses.

Well I can say I have eaten food garnished with ants in Afghanistan( not by choice). The best was Gunnery at Graf in Germany. We shot a Boer Hog with a 50 cal. and our company had a pig roast that night on the range.. Of course the Range Mister was not happy but he too enjoyed the roast.

Awesome.  I particularly like the clothes lines.  I tried to final  photo of the one I have in my tacky trailer park - but I'm at work and don't have most of my photos.  Anyway, I think yours is fantastic.

How did you make it?  Mine is thing styrenerod  (it has what as supposed to be metal pipes not wood beams like yours, and thread with paper clothing.

The configuration of the back yard, including the placement of the clothesline poles, sidewalk, tree, and hedges, are all fairly close to being accurately placed.

Thanks for looking.

Yes, I remember what Frank commented about too.  My Boyce Homested has the trees in the proper place, and the hill out back.  Too bad I didn't include Mum's clothesline.  It would have been off to the side.  I built the outhouse but not the doghouse.  Remember, I was working in N scale 25 years ago when I built mine.
