As some may know, I am attempting to collect every MTH Anheuser Busch/Budweiser product-so I am constantly looking at eBay and other venues.  Recently the asking prices on some items have become, in my humble, but informed opinion, exorbitant.

I am actually contemplating selling my collection-if those prices were actually being paid.

Also, the sale prices of MTH DCS TIU and Remotes has topped $400 on eBay.

I predict there will be more “making an appearance” on a frequent basis-possibly from a hidden stash in the back of a warehouse....

Time will tell..

And while it’s true that these “selectively priced”🤪 items are not jumping out the door...

the “Specimen” who are trying to get these prices are destructive to the purpose of eBay—which makes me wonder why they even allow fixed pricing.

a bid platform should be strictly a bid platform, and just like real auctions, the seller should get the right to refuse if the bidding doesn’t meet expectations-and that should be determined before putting on the sale block.

You can click "sold listings" on the left hand side of the page. That way, you can see what prices people have actually paid (ie. the market price). If an ebay seller lets you make them an offer, base it off of these sold listings.

Also, keep in mind with the TIUs that MTH isn't making the remotes after this last batch.

Yes, you can-perhaps those attempting to sell should be doing that before listing their item.

I don’t believe this was a “buy it now”
