Thanks everyone for your comments.

Bd, The lights are static, just because I haven't gotten that far in my electronics to figure that one out. I hope someday to make them blink, then it would really draw your eye to it.

Paul, Thank you! I have never seen them loaded or unloaded from a train or a boat, but would like to some day. It sucks because where I use to live in Seattle I was only 10 min from the rail yard where they do that. But that was before my model RR fun. If you get a picture of them off loading the boat I would truly love to see it.

Lee, I am just trying to catch up with you and the rest of the builders here! There are so many great builders such as yourself. I think the only difference between most and me is I do it cause I cant afford some of the cool stuff, which is cool cause I amaze MOMMA on what I do build and that puts a smile on my face!

Hi Chris,

I hope to have room some where for a auto delivery lot. I have been talking with the wife, and it doesn't look like I will get my train room till next summer, which is ok.

Gives me time to try and plan, also to collect track that I am going to need. I know my room is going to be 12' X 24' and Carl AKA Moonman has been king enough to help with most of the planning if not all of it! He is a great guy, just like a lot of folks on this forum.

I too recently completed a ramp. Based on photos from the web, I chose a cable version which is raised and lowered by a cable.  The permanently located auto rack car  has the cars that Menards has a great deal on, which you can also see parked in the holding lot in the third photo.
