The coal loads are easy. The cover is hard. Lionel had some when I needed to get a couple. It now shows as unavailable.
Call Lionel or try to contact North Lima
You may have to paint it

Brent if you want get some old foam from A cushion out of an old couch or chair someone is throwing away and cut your own insert for in the car spray the foam flat black first and then glue down some black beauty sand for sandblasting and when it dries spray it with flat black paint again. I have done about 50 loads for my coal cars and they look better than empty cars and it only cost about $35.00 or $40.00 to do all the loads and you have the satisfaction of knowing you made them yourself.
