how the heck do you get in touch with these people? I ordered a ps3 up grade kit from Midge (bless her heart} and now I don't need it. any ideas out there?

Midge has retired from MTH, and the whole place has been reorganized. Are you trying to return this upgrade kit?

Go to the parts site and send them an email though the contact form and Mike will address it. I have 4 on order and reached out to him to confirm the order was still valid not only did he confirm that order but also got me an update on the P5a Shells. He is doing his very best but there are still some issues being worked out between the old order system and the new system.
