I have had 8 Remote Fastrack switches for about 7 years. I recently acquired 10 Remote/Command Control Fastrack switches. I see that in addition to the connectors for RSC Lights, Out, Ground, and Thru, the Command Control switches have a Data connector. I could find nothing about this connector on the Lionel website. I found a few posts on the OGR forum that mention the Data connector. I found one post that included a note from Lionel indicating that the Data connector was for use with the IC Controls equipment.
I do not have any IC Controls equipment. So, it seems to me that I should just ignore the Data connector on these switches. Am I missing something?
