Which Time Period Do You Model?

The comment that we need more polls has been on my mind: they are fun. It occurred to me this might be very interesting. I've got my own expectations about the results but I will keep them to myself for now.

Many of us tend to think about or represent/model/whatever you call it one particular time period on our layout. What have you selected to focus on?

The 19th century - before 1900

Early twentieth century - 1901 - 1935

Leading to WWII/postwar - 1935 - 1950

Postwar era - 1950 - 1960

Cold War era - 1960 - 1980

Late 20th century - 1980 - 2000

Now - early 21st century

I do Tinplate and Classic trains - they sort of define their own period.

I don't really do any period - just whatever appeals to me.
